Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1877bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features available through the 1877bet website at https://1877bet.bet and any associated mobile interface or application.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or using any service provided by 1877bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1877bet platform and must close your browser or uninstall any associated shortcut immediately.

1877bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all interpretive and dispute-resolution purposes. Where any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to 1877bet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the eligibility requirements set out in this section. Creating an account, placing a bet, or otherwise using the platform if you do not meet these requirements is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a breach of applicable law.

To use 1877bet you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Proof of age will be required before any withdrawal is processed.
• You are accessing the platform for personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party or commercial organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 1877bet or any of its affiliated studios, payment partners, or technology providers.
• You are not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• You are not acting in a manner intended to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from 1877bet or been subject to an unresolved account closure action.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds placed as wagers.

1877bet uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm player identity and age. You may be asked to submit a valid National Identity Document (NID), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is successfully completed.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual player may register and maintain exactly one account on the 1877bet platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or unintentionally due to forgotten login credentials — are prohibited. If you believe you have created a duplicate account in error, you must contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the situation. 1877bet reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds or bonuses accrued on secondary accounts.

You are required to provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number (registered with your mobile financial service provider where applicable), and a valid email address. This information must match the identity documents you will be asked to submit during KYC verification. Discrepancies between registration details and KYC documents may delay or permanently suspend your ability to withdraw funds.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• 1877bet staff will never request your password or one-time SMS code (OTP). Any such request is a phishing attempt — report it to [email protected] immediately.
• You must notify 1877bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-step verification (2SV) via SMS OTP in your Account Settings.
• 1877bet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred due to your failure to keep login credentials secure.

KYC verification is required before withdrawals above the basic threshold are processed. The verification process typically involves confirming your registered mobile number via OTP and submitting a government-issued identity document (NID, passport, or driver's licence). Documents must be legible and clearly show your name, date of birth, and photograph. Processing of KYC submissions normally completes within one business day. You may be asked to submit proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number and your name) if the payment method used for deposits is not directly linked to your verified identity.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on 1877bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports a range of local payment methods widely used across Bangladesh. No currency conversion fees are applied to Taka transactions.

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits credited within 60 seconds; withdrawals typically processed within minutes.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank — processing times vary by institution, typically 1–3 business hours.
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard where enabled on your account — subject to card issuer processing times.

1. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
2. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a withdrawal freeze pending investigation.
3. 1877bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your bank or mobile financial service provider may charge their own fees — these are outside 1877bet's control.
4. Deposits that remain unconfirmed for more than 30 minutes should be reported to [email protected] with your transaction reference number for manual investigation.

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into your 1877bet account.
2. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal above the basic threshold is processed.
3. Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review before release. Standard review completes within one business day for verified accounts.
4. 1877bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts as part of anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
5. Funds originating from active bonuses that have not completed their associated wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

Section 5

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 1877bet platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, Rummy, and Mine. Additional game-specific rules may be displayed within individual game interfaces — those rules complement these Terms and are equally binding.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation — the odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the binding odds for that wager.
• In-play (live) betting odds update continuously during active events. It is the player's responsibility to confirm the current odds before placing an in-play bet.
• 1877bet reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of an event has become known, including matches affected by technical data feed errors that resulted in incorrect odds being published.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are published on the platform and may vary by sport, market, and event.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules published on the relevant betting market page.
• Any bet found to have been placed through collusion, match-fixing awareness, or use of insider information will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the game studios. 1877bet has no influence over individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a game crash, disconnection, or technical malfunction during a round, the result of an incomplete round may be declared void and stakes returned, or — where sufficient data exists — settled based on the last confirmed game state. The studio's resolution policy governs this scenario.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Game rules are accessible within the game interface. Lack of understanding of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits within casino games are determined by the game studio and displayed within the game interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to place bets with an artificially guaranteed positive outcome.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of peer-vs-peer games such as Rummy.
• Using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Any form of arbitrage betting strategy designed systematically to exploit promotional offers or bonus structures.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

1877bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general rules, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

1. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each promotion page.
2. Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period and are not carried forward or converted to cash.
3. Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household address, per mobile number, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via different accounts is bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account termination.
4. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain high-RTP titles may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
5. 1877bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be honoured for a reasonable period as communicated to affected players.

1877bet regularly publishes seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including offers during BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions carry their own specific terms, validity periods, and eligible markets. Seasonal promotions are published on the promotions section of the platform and communicated to opted-in players via SMS or email.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or 1877bet may initiate account closure. The circumstances and consequences of closure vary depending on whether the action is player-initiated or platform-initiated.

You may close your 1877bet account at any time by contacting [email protected] from your registered email address and requesting permanent account closure. Before closure is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing — please state this in your closure request. 1877bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or fraud.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player with their payment provider without first seeking resolution through 1877bet support.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Verification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 1877bet due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, 1877bet reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with its anti-fraud and AML policies.

Section 8

Liability and Dispute Resolution

This section sets out the limits of 1877bet's liability to you and the process for resolving disputes arising from the use of the platform.

1877bet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain continuous and error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature or service. 1877bet shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures in Bangladesh).
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Loss of winnings or account access resulting from the player's failure to secure their login credentials or OTP codes.
• Technical malfunctions in the player's own device, browser, or internet connection during a game session.
• Decisions made by the player under the influence of alcohol, substances, or any impaired state of judgment.

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a transaction, bet settlement, bonus calculation, or any other account activity, you must follow this process:

1. Contact Support First: Submit your dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Include your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue. Where available, include transaction reference numbers or screenshots.
2. Initial Review: 1877bet's support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex technical disputes involving third-party game studios may require additional time.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the 1877bet compliance team by replying to the original support email thread and stating "Formal Escalation Request" in your message. Escalated disputes are reviewed within 10 business days.
4. Final Decision: 1877bet's decision following the escalation review is final and binding on all matters relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, and bonus calculations. These categories of decision fall outside the scope of any subsequent external arbitration claim.

These Terms are written in English. In all matters of interpretation, the English text is the authoritative and binding version. 1877bet's decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms are final subject only to the escalation process described above. The platform operates as a safe and reliable service with SSL encryption and fair play certification. No specific regulatory authority is referenced in these Terms — players should satisfy themselves regarding the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
